John C. Westerkamm, M.D. Dr. Westerkamm was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his residency in otolaryngology at Ohio State University. Dr. Westerkamm was board certified by the American board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery in 1988.
